Elastic's agreements reflect our offerings and business practices. They are balanced to address both Elastic's responsibilities and those of our partners. As our offerings continuously evolve, this Contracting Hub may change to reflect changes in our agreements and policies. Please check back from time to time for the latest versions and information.
Partner Agreements Overview
Elastic has a dynamic global partner ecosystem. For partners that plan to resell our products or services, we have agreements that enable resale directly to end customers and that enable resale through authorized Elastic Distributors. Elastic also works with partners that incorporate its Software or Cloud Services into their own products or offerings. For this purpose, we have the Integrated Services Agreement with relevant exhibits for Managed Services Providers (MSP), Cloud Integrated Partners (CIPA), and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Reseller Partner Agreements
Elastic Direct and Indirect Reseller Partners market and resell Elastic’s Subscription Products and Services to their own end customers. Direct Resellers purchase Elastic's offerings for resale directly from Elastic, whereas Indirect Resellers purchase the offerings via an Elastic authorized distributor. Elastic Integrated Services Agreement (ISA)
Elastic's Integrated Services Agreement (ISA) is a comprehensive framework that enables seamless collaboration with our partners across diverse business models. It is designed to meet the unique needs of:
- MSPs: Partners who provide Elastic's offerings as part of their managed services to their customers
- CIPAs: Partners who integrate Elastic's cloud offerings into their hosted solutions for end customers
- OEMs: Partners who bundle Elastic's software with their products to create innovative solutions for their customers
The ISA includes a set of base terms and conditions applicable to all MSPs, CIPAs, and OEMs, with three one-page exhibits specific to Managed Services Offerings, Hosted Partner Solutions, and OEM Products. It supports flexible partnership opportunities and enables partners to quickly and easily transition or expand their collaboration with Elastic as their business evolves.
